Mahalaxmi Yojana क्या है
Mahalaxmi Yojana महाराष्ट्र राज्य में कांग्रेस पार्टी द्वारा शुरू की गयी वह योजना है जिसके तहत राज्य की सभी महिलाओ को हर महीने 3000 रूपए की वित्तीय मदद देने का वादा किया जा रहा है। इसी के साथ महिलाओ को यातायात के लिए बस सुविधा मुफ्त में देने की बात की गई है। वर्तमान में यह योजना पूर्ण तरह से राज्य में लागू नहीं की गयी है, परन्तु इस योजना की आधिकारिक घोषणा कांग्रेस दल के मुख्य नेता राहुल गांधीजी द्वारा की जा चुकी है और जल्द ही इस योजना के तहत आवेदन प्रक्रिया शुरू होने की उम्मीद की जा रही है।

सबसे पहले आप योजना की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट ओपन करेंगे। राज्य में योजना जब लागू होगी तो उसके बाद जल्द ही आधिकारिक वेबसाइट लॉन्च की जाएगी।

क्या है मुख्यमंत्री मंगला पशु बीमा योजना (What is Mukhyamantri Mangla Bima Yojana)
राज्य सरकार की ओर से मुख्यमंत्री मंगला पशु बीमा योजना (Mukhyamantri Mangla Bima Yojana) शुरू की जा रही है। इसके लिए राज्य सरकार ने वर्ष 2024-25 में अपने बजट में घोषणा की थी। योजना का लाभ जल्द से जल्द पशुपालकों को मिले इसके लिए हाल ही में राज्य के पशुपालन, गोपालन एवं डेयरी मंत्री ने बैठक की है। इस योजना के तहत पशुपालक के दुधारू पशुओं का बीमा नि:शुल्क किया जाएगा। इस योजना के तहत 21 लाख पशुओं का फ्री में बीमा करने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है।
योजना के तहत किन पशुओं का हो सकेगा फ्री में बीमा (Which animals can be insured for free under the scheme)
राज्य सरकार की ओर मुख्यमंत्री मंगला पशु बीमा योजना (Mukhyamantri Mangla Bima Yojana) पर 400 करोड़ रुपए खर्च किए जाएंगे। इस योजना के तहत पांच-पांच लाख दुधारू गाय (Cow), भैंस (Buffalo), बकरी (Goat ) तथा भेड़ (Sheep) का बीमा किया जाएगा। वहीं एक लाख ऊंटनी (Camel) का बीमा भी किया जाएगा। इस तरह कुल 21 लाख पशुओं का बीमा इस योजना के तहत होगा। योजना के तहत प्रत्येक परिवार से एक पशु का बीमा किया जाएगा। इसमें पशुपालकों को कोई बीमा प्रीमियम (Insurance Premium) नहीं देना होगा। यह पूरी तरह से नि:शुल्क होगा।
मंगला पशु बीमा योजना का उद्देश्य
मंगला पशु बीमा योजना के अंतर्गत, पशुपालक अपने पशुओं की आकस्मिक मृत्यु से होने वाले आर्थिक नुकसान से सुरक्षित रहेंगे। इस योजना का उद्देश्य राज्य में पशुधन के विकास को बढ़ावा देना है। राज्य सरकार ने इस योजना के तहत 21 लाख पशुओं के बीमा का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया है, और इसके लिए बजट 2024-25 के दौरान कुल 400 करोड़ रुपये आवंटित किए गए हैं। मंगला पशु बीमा योजना में विभिन्न पशुओं के लिए बीमा राशि की भी व्यवस्था की गई है।

आकस्मिक दुर्घटना में मृत पशुओं पर भी मिलेगा मुआवजा (Compensation will also be given for animals killed in accidents)
पशुपालन मंत्री के मुताबिक अभी दुर्घटना में मृत पशुओं के लिए पशुपालकों को कोई मुआवजा नहीं दिया जाता है। वहीं मुख्यमंत्री मंगला पशु बीमा योजना (Mukhyamantri Mangla Bima Yojana) ऐसे पशुपालकों के लिए आर्थिक संबल बनेगी। इस योजना के तहत दुर्घटना में मारे जाने वाले पशुओं पर भी बीमा लाभ मिलेगा। योजना के तहत दुधारू पशुओं की किसी भी प्राकृतिक या आकस्मिक दुर्घटना जैसे- आग लगने, सड़क दुर्घटना, आकाशीय बिजली गिरने, जहरीला घास खाने या कीड़ा काटने, किसी बीमारी आदि में मृत्यु होने पर बीमा क्लेम दिया जाएगा।
